Wonderful Stay with Harbor Views!
harbor view fitness room well-appointed bars attentive service
The room included a nice view of Darling Harbour. The fitness room offered a great space for workouts. I especially liked it. The bars are on the hotel, and I found them to be well-appointed. I appreciated the staff's attentive service throughout my visit.
The breakfast buffet's hot food could have been kept at a warmer temperature. The bacon was not crisp enough for my liking.

The modern room was spacious, offering comfortable beds and blockout curtains ensuring excellent sleep. The provided amenities added convenience, and I found the space conducive to relaxation after a busy day. I had a restful experience.

The entrance felt grand, really leaving an impression on me upon arrival. The location provided easy access to the harbor, allowing me to explore attractions. I found the hotel's proximity to shopping and restaurants particularly advantageous. This helped me a lot.

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. I savored each meal. The staff's helpful and accommodating service enhanced each dining experience. Membership discounts were appreciated, reducing the cost of my stay. The meals were delicious.

overpriced bar poor service
The location was central and convenient. the staff accommodated an earlier check-in!!!
The lobby bar was great with good service. The Zephyr bar is overpriced. Rooms were clean and tidy. the service at the Zephyr bar was not as good.

harbour view early check-in room upgrade
i was upgraded to a king room darling harbour view. i could check in at 10 am. the harbour view was beautiful.
the shower pressure was not great.
